Scope: New/Additional Work Bid on during the project was awarded in the amount of $228,000.  Additional work included replacing additional boardwalk area, framing and millwork on various other areas of project to aid Austin in meeting deadlines for the owner, as well as new/added scope to install ground stabilization features and site work.

Products:  New Boardwalk using composite decking, pressure treated timber framing and piling, custom milled steel and wooden handrails, lighting features, ground stabilization, erosion controls, millwork installation, security camera installation, among various other items as requested by Austin Commercial to ensure deadlines were met for owner.
